Class Overview: Learn to professionally finish all your knit projects. In this class you will learn the tips, tricks and secrets behind perfect seams, sewing in ends, picking up stitches for edges and tips for blocking.
Homework: (PLEASE MAKE TWO) With a light-colored worsted-weight yarn and US 7 or 8 knitting needle, cast on 14 stitches and work in stockinette stitch (knit every other row) for 4 inches. Bind off all stitches. Bring your knitting needles and remaining yarn to class. Are you almost there? Bring a current project that is at the finishing stage and we will develop a plan for next steps. For example: Sweater pieces, mitts, scarf, or cowls.
