In this class we will cover two methods of creating circles in crochet. We will also learn how to switch colours between rounds to create the iconic granny square. We will discuss the how to read patterns.
In the second session of the class we will learn two methods of joining our squares together to create larger projects
Required materials: 5mm crochet hook, 2 contrasting colours of cotton dishcloth yarn, locking stitch markers and a darning needle. We recommend working with light/bright colour yarn in class so that it is easy to see the stitches clearly.
